These great product came really nice package. Everything on its place no need to put together. It was already assembled. I love these arm grip. It builds my arms really good strenght. I suffer from arthritis so it was really difficult for me to hold or even grab items. I'm starting to build strength in my arms. It is also a great to exercise. I use the grip on both my arms try to alternate on both of my hands. I use the hand grip at least every other hour for 25 minutes. It's helping me a lot of the hand, upper and lower arms. The way it is helping me is making them build more strength in them. I use it a lot when I take along with me when I walk my dog. While walking my dog at the same time I'm using it alternating on both my hands. Until now I'm loving the results I'm getting. I received these product free for my unbiased and honest review.
